Eurogamer has an interest piquing preview of The Warriors up on their site. I'm both anticipating and dreading this remake of one of my all time favorite movies.
It sounds like the game could be very good. The two previewers taunt us with phrases like this:
Playing the game demands a mixture of strategy and dextrous violence.
They also talk about how the game includes the ability to graffiti and relies on some stealth.
One of the previewers, another fan of the movie, says that she would find it hard to believe that any fan of the film would be disappointed with the game.
I can't friggin wait. I do wish Rockstar had decided to go with a remake of Clockwork Orange, instead of The Warriors though. They could have really played around with the formula, you know, including a sick meter and the like.
