    Sony Exec Explains Absolutely Nothing

CEO Ken Kutaragi promised us playable PS3 games at the Tokyo Game Show. We got clips. Respected Japanese game mag Famitsu spoke with another Sony Computer Entertainment executive, who did his best at explaining why the TGS was such a letdown.

Sony could have showcased playable next gen games if the company had wanted, but decided to give Japanese gamers the same experience Americans had at E3. The crafty exec then agrees with Famitsu that playable PS3 games would have created more excitement for the next gen console.

By that logic, the PS1 should be re-released in order to give us the same experience we had a decade ago. Heck, why not sell spears and clubs out of fairness to the cave man?
