The next in the series of Fire Emblem for the Wii just might come with a few bonuses even after you buy the game (which hopefully will follow the trend of the developers demanding stay free). Admittedly the developers of Goddess of Dawn (the Fire Emblem game that is out now for Wii) had wanted the wi-fi compatibility for their release on the Wii, but had trouble getting some of the technologies together. This means now gaining compatibility for the Wii for the next game in the series is more of a definite a goal. Some of the features they were originally thinking about having for Goddess of Dawn were new maps and units. For the new game, one of the producers, Hitoshi Yamagami, said they were also considering wi-fi based battles. Kim Phu
