Cruel, cruel fate. Stranglehold, filmmaker John Woo's game sequel to his gonzo Hong Kong action flick Hard Boiled, needs to reload says game maker Midway. The game got glowing reviews from the E3 previews, and it is a title I personally cannot wait for. Stranglehold is being knocked out by the good people in Midway's Chicago studio and will shoot up the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC sometime Q1 2007. Until then, I will be making "bang-bang" noises with my finger in the living room.
