I have no idea which upcoming LucasArts Star Wars game this is for. I doubt it's real-time; I'm almost positive it's pre-rendered; it's definitely not running on the Wii. But let's hope LucasArts can manage to make Jedi combat half this cool in their next Star Wars game.
