The video for Korean pop star Ivy's tune "Sonata of Temptation" doesn't borrow from Final Fantasy VII, it rapes it. But according to the vid's director, he "wanted to contact Square, but couldn't find their contact info." So don't blame him! It's Square's fault.

Doesn't matter anymore as a South Korean court recently ruled that the music video illegally copied FF VII. The video has since been banned from airing on Korean television. Check out the comparison above. I think we can all agree on one thing: That song sucks. Brian Ashcraft
