Finally ending the Sonic the Hedgehog drought, Sega announced today that Sonic Rivals 2 will be hitting the PSP this fall. Joining the original crew will be Miles "Tails" Prower, the mutant freak of a fox introduced in Sonic 2 for the Sega Genesis.
New power ups, new cards to collect, a new "jostling" gameplay feature and new wi-fi game sharing multiplayer modes will surely make the original pale in comparison. Four screens of the game were released and are available in our gallery.
