Looks like Xbox Live Arcade is that much closer to becoming your official retro gaming dealer. Taking a cue from Capcom and hoping to capitalize on Street Fighter's XBL success, SNK Playmore is unleasing 2D fighter Fatal Fury Special on Live Arcade.
