The Electric Sheep Company is joining forces with R&B Coffee in Washington to host The Happening, an evening of local art and culture: there'll be live music, art, dance, film, poetry, and a fashion show on Washington's H Street. Sounds pretty wild - and here's the topper, the ESC is also running the event in parallel in Second Life, so anyone can join in.
They've got Make Magazine's Phil Torrone as special guest, and he's bringing his crazy wearable computer, allowing him to take part in both the Second Life party and the Real Life party at the SAME TIME.
Wow. It's like the Matrix just happened. w00t!
