With the official US version of the Playstation Portable firmware update only a day away, Sony is already talking more upgrades for their portable.

Izumi Kawanishi, the head of software development for SCE, told Famitsu that Sony is playing around with the idea of developing some sort of e-mail program that might include some form of video and voice. It sounds like Sony would create a completely unique system instead of relying on tradition e-mail to do the job.
