The wait is over lads. After months of waiting, Sony's portable has launched in the E.U. (I mean, geez, I got my PSP last year). Companies like Lik-Sang have been importing the units to folks jonesing to get their hands on a unit. Nintendo s UK honcho, David Yarnton, doesn t seem the least bit worried.

Says Yarnton, Just look at the amount of media attention that s been given to handheld since Sony started looking to get into the market it s been really positive. We ve had huge growth since that s happened.

I guess that s business speak for we re kicking some serious ass and are not worried about the PSP in the least.
