Gamespot confirms that Capcom is offering Playstation Portable D-Pad covers to people who pre-order a copy of Street Fighter Zero 3 Double Upper. The cover is meant to make it easier to pull of some of the more technical moves of the fighter.
Personally, I never had any problems playing Darkstalkers on my PSP, but there is a learning curve.
