MCV predicts that a video-on-demand service, Freeview TV and a price cut for the PS3 will all be announced for Europe at the Games Convention in Leipzig next month.

The pub doesn't really say what these predictions are based off of other than a hunch and Sony isn't commenting. From what we can figure, MCV thinks this will be happening because David "I like to rain on North America's parade" Reeves has said that Sony will "show off its peak season fireworks" in Leipzig.
