This is the kind of game I end up buying because I feel it is a good way to remember old times and a good collectible. It would be great if I could control myself and save the money for a good game I will actually enjoy, damn this companies, they know me too well..

Am I the only one who utterly hates World Heroes? Sure Hanzou and Fuuma look badass in Neo Geo Battle Colosseum, but that still doesn't change the fact that World Heroes sucked. Well, in my eyes at least.

I doubt this is coming to the US.
Its possible, I think, to mod a PS3 to be PS2 region free. Not all that common though.

I liked the deathmatches in the games. Jet and Perfect were adequate early 90s fighters.

@Scuba Steve: Why do you doubt? Fatal Fury and Art of Fighting collections made it out the door... and Art of Fighting sucks as bad or worse than World Heroes... it sucked bad enough for Capcom to make fun of Ryo with Dan, anyway.

But seriously, World Heroes was the best cheeseball-ripoff of SF2 out there. I might actually consider buying this if it gets a stateside release.

It is a shame that they didn't at least thought of doing a good remake of one of the versions of the game, the game in it's time was passable and you could had a great time playing it, but come on! they could have done an extra effort at least "beautyfying" the graphics and do a remake.
