Back in 2001, there was a PaRappa the Rappa anime in Japan. They only made 30 episodes, and apparently the character's creator wasn't exactly happy with the liberal changes that were made. However! The intro. (above) with music by Nona Reeves and the closing (after the jump) with music by Bennie K are great. No, actually, they are really great.
