Prefer hiding to chopping? In the original Pac-Man arcade cabinet, there's a spot under the T-bar where the ghosts can't harm you. Apparently, this is a test to see if the Pac-Man is the original code or a newer recoded version.

I just tried this out for myself using the Pac-Man mini-game Ridge Racer 6. Within seconds, I was gobbled by Inky. Second time around, I was able to stay hidden for approximately eight minutes before I turned off the machine in utter boredom. Brian Ashcraft
