Ah, what it must be like to be Japanese and play Mother 3 as nature intended. It's something the chaps at Mother/Earthbound super-diamond-tipped-hardcore fansite Starmen.net want, and they've just stepped up their efforts to see the game released in the West. Not with pansy-ass petitions, soft, salty tears or forum sulking. With proper, good-old-fashioned activism.

They're bombarding Nintendo with phone calls, circulating posters and flyers and, best of all, have been mailing Nintendo scores of packages filled to the brim with Earthbound fan art. All of which is a lot more annoying than easily-deleted emails. Can't see it having any effect, of course, but I bet the kids had a blast!
