If you had doubts about the authenticity and value of the Game Critics Awards' Best of E3 you can put them to rest. Spike TV announced yesterday that the already doubtful E3 awards would be televised on their network. That's right the people who brought us the worst video game award show in the history of everything have signed-up to broadcast a pretty much useless award show. I'm sure Nolan Bushnell is somewhere in a Chuckie Cheese weeping into an extra large fruit drink.
