I'm not going to E3. Someone's got to watch the Tower, make sure nobody nabs Crecente's hair products, and that someone is me. Know who else aren't going? Tecmo. Know why? Because they think it's all a bit shit. Tecmo VP John Inada told GameSpot:
New show management didn't seem to know what they were doing. I don't have money to waste on an experimental project. Previously, we were not treated very nicely by the old E3 management, so we didn't feel obligated to cooperate this year. I also heard that a lot of the [retail] buyers weren't coming.Note to organizers of other events: treat John a little nicer. Maybe bake him some cookies, send him some flowers, that might soften him up.
