True, it's not terribly surprising, but confirmation is confirmation nonetheless: Japanese rag Nihon Keizai Shimbun is reporting that Square Enix will not be releasing a single thing on the PS3 this financial year. Which ends on March 31 if you must know. Sneaky allusion to a FFXIII release date (ie April 2008), or boring business news? YOU DECIDE.
BONUS CONTENT: Also found on the same page of the paper is a snippet of news stating Konami is working on games for Microsoft. That's all it says. No titles, nothing on whether they're new or not, no MGS4 BOMBSHELL, just a small line, no doubt thrown in there just to tease us.
