ComingSoon has some new details up about the one game-to-film adaptation that's sounding genuinely promising. We already knew moody Frenchman Luc Besson is down to produce the film, and that it's starring Deadwood badass Timothy Olyphant, but there's now word that the cast has been fleshed out a litte.
Olga Kurylenko, Robert Knepper, Ulrich Thomsen and Michael Offei have signed up on the movie, which begins shooting later this week in Sofia, Bulgaria. I've actually been to Sofia. Not much going on, but if you want a moody Eastern European backdrop for your film, it'll get the job done and then some.
The film will also be shot in London, South Africa, Istanbul and St. Petersburg, so we can expect a truly global trail of dead, naked guys stuffed in cupboards when the movie hits cinemas.
