If you're British, rich and looking to get a PS3 before any of your mates, you're going to need to get creative, because as of right now PS3s are no longer permitted to be sold on eBay.co.uk.
Sony, eBay, haven't European gamers suffered enough? It starts to look plain vindictive when you lock down a handful of Brits from ordering a PS3 when so little was done to curb tens of thousands of dodgy sales in Japan over the weekend.
If some (understandably) frustrated Europeans want to pay silly-money for a PS3, let them, the extortionate prices (
1,200, or $2265) and indirect methods of sale aren't going to put a dent in your overall PAL release figures. Going after them because of some misguided principle doesn't protect your "brand", it makes you look like pricks.
