Dusty Columnist Wants To Toss 360

"Respected" newspaper columnist and self-professed parental guru John Rosemond fancies himself as an expert on how to rear kids. He also hates them 360s, and every other console/platform by extension. When a parent asked in his column about how to help their son, who was "falling behind at school, but who plays on an Xbox", he doesn't muck about:

Take that nefarious device and toss it. Make the Xbox disappear, permanently.

The problem is that unlike a drug problem, this particular addiction is legal. As one counsellor pointed out, "Parents seem to think that as long as their children are at home and safe, then they are OK". They don't seem to notice the subtle declines in creativity, affect, motivation and simple thought processes (associated with video game addiction).

No doubt because their parents are zombies themselves, John, their motor skills and complex thought processes robbed by a misspent youth playing Pac-Man and Asteroids. Now their mindless seed are doomed to a similar fate, wandering the earth seeking sustinence from the brains of the living.
