Atari On Verge Of Second NASDAQ Delisting

Atari said they were going to file their annual financial report! They promised! And they lied. It's late July and they still haven't gotten around to it, despite it being due, so now? They're in trouble. NASDAQ are poised to delist the company from the stock exchange, which will mean investors can no longer trade Atari shares, a practice reserved for only the naughtiest of corporations. Consider the fact this is the second time in a year they've been threatened with delisting and you can see just how much misery this company needs to be put out of.
