Someone s posted pictures of what s supposed to be the Nintendo Revolution sitting on a desk at someone s house. While I m totally open to the idea of this being yet another fake, I kind of think it might be real. Though, I seem to recall hearing at E3 that the Revolution prototype was basically an empty box.
The picture is very dark and has a blurred controller sitting next to it, that sort of looks like an old PS2 or Xbox controller.
Update: A second in-home photo has emerged on the site.

Update 2: After examining a touched up photo provided by a reader and a picture of the real thing from Nintendo, I'm now convinced this is a fake.
Here's why:

First the box has the disc slot (the glowing blue line) is in the wrong place. The Revolution's slot is on a narrow end not a side.
Second a back corner of the Revolution is cut away, but it's still there in this picture.
Am I the only one getting really tired of all of these Nintendo fakes? At least I ducked the first two or three that came out in the past week.
