The Parents' Choice Foundation have announced the latest winners in their Parents' Choice Award Program. The awards, which are selected by "a panel of educators, scientists, performing artists, librarians, parents, and kids themselves", honour movies, TV shows, kid's books, etc, that are both top quality and deliver a good/safe message to kids.
Among the winners in the gaming category were Tony Hawks Downhill Jam, Strawberry Shortcake: The Sweet Dreams Game and Backyard Basketball 2007. The top gaming prize, however, went to Viva Pinata.
Presumably because it's vital to teach kids the importance of mass, unchecked inbreeding.
