There's four to choose from: 1UP mushroom, poison mushroom, super mushroom or the not-so-ergonomic question-mark block. They're $8, which is a bit much considering their size (unless that hand model is a GIANT HAND MODEL), but I guess relief from stress/rabid Nintendo merch fetishism is more important than things like money.
