We had Donkey Kong in Post-It notes. so why not Mario in fridge magnets? The artist, Anni Rush, created this Mario out of 1,502 triangle magnet pieces covered in fabric called "Fridgetss."

This took me about 12 working hours, and consists of 1502 pieces. Future plans include other 8-bit subjects, Van Gogh's Starry Night, and some M.C. Escher-inspired works.

We'll be keeping an eye on Annie's site to see what these other 8-bit subjects will be. Hopefully we'll see some Metroid action or at least Crecente's precious Space Invaders. Flynn De Marco
