Put money in this bank, and hear the "coin sound" from Super Mario. The wrapping around the toy prevents customers from trying it out. So, if you wanna hear the sound, ya gotta shell out four hundred yen (four dollars US). I'm not sure if Mario is encouraging spending or saving, but think this is a clever little scam he's got going.
