The latest issue of the Official Xbox Magazine comes with a disc containing a short documentary feature on Unreal Tournament 3, featuring a look at some new maps and some background information on the game. In the clip it is revealed that the game will be shipping with 3 to 4 dozen multiplayer maps in the retail version. That's 36 to 48 maps right from the get go. A staggering amount, and the single player portion of the game is said to have even more!
Chances of finding me online playing any of those maps will be slim though, as my basic Unreal play strategy is to spend several days beating the snot out of bots, get online and lose one round miserably, then take out my frustrations on more bots. Computers I can handle. You humans are a tricky lot.
