    While not as good as J Allard's eXtreme make-over (nothing is!), Sony Computer Entertainment honcho Kaz Hirai does look, well, different. While heading up Sony Computer Entertainment America, Hirai was known for his loud, open collared shirts, but kiss them good bye now that he's back in Tokyo.
