If anyone ever asks why Electronics Arts is such a powerful monolith, point them to this picture. Here are three important EA people, holding big cardboard versions of their games: Theme Park DS, Dragon Cherry Blossoms and Sim City DS. That is dedication. That is what it takes to be number one.
Or something like that.
Regardless! I hope that EA is starting a trend here. That everytime the company announces games for Japan, men in suits will be forced to hold large mock-ups and have their pictures taken. This is the best thing EA has done all year. And it's only January.
Eds Note: Brandon from Insert Credit dropped us a line, writing: "That Dragon Zakura (Cherry Blossoms) game is actually an EA Japan exclusive - that is to say it's being made for japan, in japan (far's I know), and shows EA's really trying to focus on their market, even if that title's just some weird soccer adventure game thing with 70s era manga art. So unlike theme park and sim city which have US counterparts, at least in terms of the series they spring from, Dragon Zakura is an 'original', though licenced I think, IP from EA Japan."
