I've always thought of Agent 47, the main character of the Hitman franchise, to be intelligent in addition to fit as hell; apparently Vin Diesel and Eidos have a different idea.
The Chronicles of Riddick star has inked a deal to play "executive producer" ("OK Vin, you go to your trailer and play with blocks while we shoot the movie.") and the lead role in 20th Century Fox's movie adaptation of Hitman. No director has yet been named and the movie wouldn't see release until late 2006.
In addition, there are rumors swirling around that Diesel also wants to star in and own the license for the video game version of the movie adaptation of... oh crap, my brain just fell out my ears. Just a moment please.
OK; sorry about that. The movie tie-in game would be separate from Hitman: Blood Money which is set to be released this fall. While we wait for this glorious piece of cinema to be unleashed on our retinas, let's enjoy this small collection of photos to remind us of Diesel's
