Hey. Nice! Activision has just confirmed that Guitar Hero isn't going to be limited just to the Playstation 2 any longer.
According to Activision CEO Robert Kotick, Guitar Hero will be bled dry with an iteration "on every significant new format". He was discussing intentions for yearly updates until the franchise was wrung dry as a withered octogenarian's boob.
This seems to confirm rumors coming from Gamestation employees that Guitar Hero is headed to the 360 in the first part of 2007. Which would be excellent, especially if Live Marketplace content involved new, downloadable songs.
