With just the one screenshot, I'm already sold on this game. I don't care how it controls.. anything that represents the Stay-Puffed Marshmallow man in such an awesome way is a "Must Buy" in my books.

I remember this moment when I watched the Ghost Busters movie... Seeing the Stay Puft marshmallow man trudge the streets of New York and then exploding into gooey marshmallow goodness... haha, EPIC.

Seriously this was my favorite property when I was a kid. Glad I did pick up a PS3, even if it was mostly for Rock Band.

I agree...this game looks graphically amazing! I now have yet another game on the horizon to empty my dust-collecting wallet. Is it me or are there honestly TOO MANY good games lately? I never thought that'd be a problem, but truly it's getting to be a bit much! ^_^

@Thrillhaus: It is on the Wii, my friend. However, they are calling that version plus the PS2 and DS versions the "casual" versions of the game. Wonder what that means...

As for my own thoughts, all I gotta say is FINALLY. Ghostbusters will make an awesome video game transition, and with the original cast on board to voice and script, it gonna be a funny game, indeed.

Wow. I'm just hoping this'll be good. With all the original Ghostbusters on board, though (and with Aykroyd and Ramis working on the game's script), I'm thinking it'll at least have a fun story. And featuring Stay Puft like this makes me happy.

Wow just as others have said the game looks good from screenshot one. I'm really hoping this game doesn't turn to crap. If the gameplay is mediocore I'll most likely rent it just to get the sotry and to hear the VAing and script from Ramis and Murray. Also the game has to let me fight Viggo as well. I'm praying for a Peter MacNicol cameo.

I am so buying it for multiple reasons.

1) Ghost Busters is a big part of my child hood
2) This will make up for the trauma that I experienced with the NES version.
3) The screen shot looks fucking awesome.

I'm buying this on all the systems! At least the Wii, DS and a toss up on 360/PS3. And if there is much of a difference on PS2. Crap, I love Ghostbusters. Please don't screw this up guys!

For the record: I liked 1 and 2 and if this is anything close two those 2 with a little bit of the cartoon and comics flair thrown in then this will be GOTY material.
