Attention Mom! You asked me the other day what I wanted for Christmas. Well here it is. While I cannot give you a link to purchase it from, unable to find any reference to it on the internet whatsoever, this officially licensed Nintendo Wii tower organizer by a company called Level Up is a thing of beauty to behold, and an answer to at least one of my living room organizational issues. It's sleek, sexy, and the blue translucent Wiimote and Nunchuck holders give it that futuristic look I am trying to achieve. According to Will from The Wiicast, it was discovered at Walmart for a measly $69.99. Just look at it! When I'm not using the Wii I can pretend it's a podium and host imaginary game shows for my cats. "Hello, and welcome to Lick Your Own Butt! I'm your host, Michael Fahey". Oh who am I kidding? My mother never reads this crap. Hit the link below to check out The Wiicast's flickr gallery of another Christmas dream that won't come true.

Did that guy make his own case for Wii sports?
Why?! God why?!!!
"While I cannot give you a link to purchase it from, unable to find any reference to it on the internet whatsoever..."
then why publish this article to begin with? slow news day?
why, fahey?
WHY?????
;)
I dunno, I kinda wish the console was on top, and the controllers were on level 2... Right now it's more "Abstract" but I usually like more "Functional".
@DB9: nope, you can see the box on the left.
it seems kinda useless to me. it defiantly doesn't look like it's worth 70+ dollars
That looks so tippable its not funny.
People with pets and small children BEWARE!
Tiiiiimberrrrrrrrrrrrrr
That will SO fall over >.>;
I don't think it's tilted. I think it's an illusion....if you look at the top it flares out, like at the bottom...but I could be wrong!
Anyone who paid $70 for this please contact me as I have a bridge I'd like you to consider as well.
The DustTower available now for 69,99
eep! that's guy's practicing unsafe Wii! Where's the condom for that wiimote?!
With the amount of games I have between Wii and Gamecube, that stand looks like it isn't functional for my needs.
Still, it looks pretty. Sort of!
@QC8472: Uh, we might have, actually. DB9 was looking at the game disc cases, and noted that as all North American Wiis have bundled Wii Sports in a small cardboard sleeve, he must have purchased a white DVD case somewhere (Nintendo's online store perhaps) and printed a custom sleeve insert (from the CD Project perhaps).
@el_gordo: Err, he might have.
That Wii shelf seems to be wasting a lot of space.
@el_gordo: ahhhhhhhhh read the message wrong, I was talking about the tower's box :P
@as702ecs: Its a slow move day, hes still suffering from Turkey & probably lots of alcohol!
Perfect place for your Wii, right next to the floor so it can suck up dust and pet hair.
On the back it looks like there's a strap to screw to the wall so it doesn't tip over.
...this is so bad it's not even funny. Isn't the Wii supposed to be tiny so you can fit it anywhere? So why take up THAT much space with it? And why limit both your game collection AND your controllers to that tiny little space? The Wii is supposed to have alot of controllers! Plus, if you need some place to put the games in, put them in the shelf, together with the rest of the games you've been collecting for years.
This might be the biggest money waste I've ever seen. Worse than those GBA belt-holders that make you look like a dumb kid who's begging to get robbed.
i don't think all my wii stuff would fit in there, honestly. would the remote even fit with the new safety wrapper? also needs holster for the shooting peripheral.
It can fit up to 30 games, or 1 Xbox controller.
How would your mom get it? I thought no one knew where it is from? Also....Your mom won't read your stuff...:( I think it is cool kinda too...My gf would say I am an idiot though XD!
@TWEEDLEDEEZNUTZ:
I don't know if it would fit my 20+ Wii games though o.O
@2kreative: I want turkey and alcohol. D:
But just look at the post-modern minimalist design! It's all very iPod-esque what with the colour scheme, dahrlinks!
Either that or it's Wii-esque in that its a rather hollow concept, is overpriced for what it actually is but it'll still sell anyhow!
I only like the top blue caddy part, but I don't like the slant of the stand itself since it will not go with anything in my room, and you're losing space in the back if you have to keep it flush, or so it appears. I'll pass...
Bookshelves!!! Of the Future!!!
I bet I could do something more useful with it, like turning it into a makeshift rifle stand. Should fit at least 2 no problem.
it looks pretty tacky and easily knocked over. plus there is DEFINITELY not enough room for the controllers on top. I mean most people probably have at least 3 wiimotes and 2 nunchucks and a classic controller and of course the gamecube controller for GC games so where am I going to put all of that with my 15+ games?
B for effort
D for execution
70 bucks? I can find some boxes outside for 0.
it's for the Wii huh? no wonder he has a lot of spare time to build that thing :)
so where the fuck is this thing. i'm not trekking all the way to wal mart only to find that they don't have it.
@2kreative & Witzbold:
Alcohol is bad. Turkey is good :)
@Wolf_Dog:
try reading the fucking article before posting you troll :P
@IntelSilver: Leftover Turkey sandwhiches are even better!
@Wolf_Dog: lol are you calling yourself a troll ? split personality ?
Hehe sorry i just found it a bit funny :p
That thing is pretty bad ass!
Looks pretty cheap, but at least you can rest comfortable knowing that you'll always have enough space in that thing to hold all the Wii games worth owning!
With room to spare!
It's gonna fall over and break some flatscreen tv's...and then nintendo needs to send a soft cover for your tower as well.
Good thing I have my own tower, and its sturdy too.
Whoa! I just sen a whole bunch of these at Wal-Mart.
Sorry, I meant seen...
thats hot i could use that to keep things orginaized
I saw it in Wal-Mart today
@Witzbold:
You know people who don't live in tents generally have walls for it to lean against :P
On topic that looks silly.
Since the console is on the bottom, it's more likely to be accidentally kicked.....which is no good. Still kinda cool though
Hm. Looks kinda disgusting actually.
Can you say timber!!!!!?
Nice!
It looks so dinky. You'll only be able to hold like... 18 games. But then, theres probably only that many good games for the system. At the moment anyways.
@Grimspoon:
take your flamebait elsewhere douchebag.
Uh oh... i think my sarcasm meter must be broken, because there is no way you actually think that tacky "made by madcatz" lookin' piece of junk is actually "sleek and sexy", do you mcwhertor?? And for 70 bucks?! o_O
Duh... fahey wrote the article, not mcwhertor. And after reading it again, im quite sure it was sarcastic (unlike the original link where the guy actually likes and bought the thing).
lol @ NEOAKIRA's rage.
I saw a whole stack of these today in Wal-Mart. Wish my cell had a camera.
They were $69.95, and there were about 7 of them sitting there.
If it had space for 4 'motes and chuks, it'd be great. But I have 4 of each and 2 classics, not much room.
