Part high school awkward, part late-night public access zeal, the guys and gal at GameLife Show have quite a, um, show on their hands. While the production value of their video reviews leaves much to be desired, I find the wooden reading of their scripts and the fact that they seemed to have written them for people who know little about games quite endearing.
The latest episode features reviews of Tetris DS, Ultimate Spider Man, World of Warcraft ("or WOW as I'm gonna call it from now on") and others, but my favorite by far was Melissa's review of Cooking Mama for the DS. Melissa's ability to stuff so many double entendres into a single video review of a cooking game is down right breathtaking. (Someone needs to create a sound loop of her saying pounding meat and skewering pork.)
Expect to see a lot more of this video game version of Wayne's World in the coming months
