I am completely with Crecente, who in his impressions of SimyCity Societies at E3 mentioned having grown a bit bored with the SimCity formula over the years. Societal influences that change the way your city develops is just what the franchise doctor called for. Between the intriguing concept and this set of amazingly detailed city scenes highlighting the difference those influences make, I'm excited about a SimCity title for the first time in years.
