Major League Gaming's tournament director Andreas sent us a snap that contains a very important lesson. If you're on the fence about whether you should go for the Gears of War tattoo or the Gears of War haircut, I'm going to have to recommend the latter. This gamer, spied at an MLG event in Chicago and sporting a Cliffy B approved mohawk, made the right call. Remember kids, think before you ink! Thanks, Andreas!

That's awesome!
well atleast its temporary and not anything like those game tattoos @_@
Pfft.. I'd rock a Gears of War tattoo. To actually get it inked, though, would probably hurt beyond imagining. :(
Plus, it would look downright shitty in my later years, all blurred and whatnot. :/
Oh boy.. another huge post complaining about what other people do to their bodies. I can't wait.
That's... Whoa. If I were gay I'd TOTALLY hit that
I know a guy who works at with a full size Cloud (Strife) tattoo on his right thigh and a full Link tattoo on his left. He always carries a full size replica of Cloud's buster sword (metal, probably illegal) in the trunk of his car.
I think the regret will start to sink in when he turns 30 and still hasn't lost his virginity.
oops... I forgot to mention he works at gamestop...
this one is better:

I like it. Perfect combination of badassery and easily-removablery.
@Buttpickle: Not as awesome as the username "Buttpickle."
@mphz:
getting tattooed has different pain levels depending on your general tolerance for pain and where you get the tattoo done.
I thought long and hard before i got one done, 3 years on i still love my tattoo and it will always mean somthing to me but its not somthing you should ever rush into.
oh and dont get words written on you, its more expensive and is more likley to cause serious regret than a cool lookin symbol.
oh and in case anyone gives a crap the one i got done was the scraficial brand from the comic book "Berserk" on my forearm.
@adventchild08: That's when you find out he's got a regular harem of Lulu and Tifa cosplayers at his disposal. What, a man can dream can't he?
I would rather rock the blurry face look.
A black guy with a mohawk? That's blasphemy!
And now I have tribal dance stuck in my head. Why? Ahh figure it out..
@blacksamurai87: THIS IS CAKETOWN!!!
@McWhertor: For sho.
That one guy seems to have gotten a tattoo of a blur on his face
@Len Bias Cocaine Surplus: Damn you, you stop my thunder .
Though I was going to say that he got a pixalation/lowres tattoo on his face.
Apps for the double post, but I want to see real fans turn to branding or scarring to show their love for a franchise.
@Rammsoldat:
Oooo.. Good choice. I love Berserk and even thought about having a tattoo of that as well. I've also wanted the tattoo from Vagrant Story only on my arm instead of my back.
That was my idea for a globe, but my wife refused to cut my hair into a map.
@romBox:
ah i loved that game. I wouldnt get anything tattooed on my back simply because i wouldnt be able to see it, and i only get inked for my own enjoyment
Wow that looks just plain goofy.
@blacksamurai87: Actually, black people are the only ones who can pull off mohawks anymore. When white people do it now they just look like they're trying waaaay too hard to be punk rock. When a black dude, or better yet a black chick, does it, it ends up badassed because it's a look you haven't really seen very much before. I guess that just shows how divided we are or whatever, but hey, I'm not the one that makes the fashion rules.
@Buttpickle:
I lolled at the name, thanks dood.
What, no ghettoblaster?
DISCLAIMER: This refers to the era in which such trends were popular, not the ethnicity of the subject pictured above. Thank you.
Where was that picture taken!? That looks like my roommate from freshmen year of college!
I know that guy on the left! Good old Pixel Bob.
I guess I was the only person that didn't go crazy for this game. Got the chance to play it the other day on my 50" DLP TV, and while the guys who owned the 360 were "oooh"ing and "aaaw"ing how great the graphics looked... I was pretty unimpressed. The frame rate seemed skippy and everything just looked... average. Except the low camera angle with the running. That was cool.
