Although gaming sites have made a lot of publications rather laughably obsolete, most of us don't have a dedicated laptop to wifi with when we're on the toilet. Toilet readability is the true power of print, the one the Internet can't topple until we're jacking in directly with our brains. Perhaps even then, print will still reign supreme: after all, we likely will not be able to plunk our dripping cybernetic brains out of our skulls to sponge ourselves with when we're running low on Charmin, but a handful of paper will always do in a literal pinch.
So in case of such an emergency, how would you like a free subscription to Computer Gaming World? Or EGM? Or The Official Playstation Mag? It all seems to be legit, although the caveat is that any time you give someone your address, you may find yourself getting more spam. Still, three gaming publications for free seems like it may be worth the risk. - Florian Eckhardt
