    Nintendo Bringing Magic Training Stateside

Nestled within the list of Nintendo DS games confirmed for release in North America at E3 was Nintendo Magic, a localization of Magic Taizen a "magic simulation" collection of 32 mini-games. The game, released overseas in November of last year, teaches players how to perform a series of virtual card tricks and challenges them with touchscreen tapping mind benders.

The game is hosted by one of the stars of the Japan-only Daigasso Band Bros., the bat-like Barbara who will be your guide in Magic Training. It's unknown if she'll survive the localization process, given her buxom build and Western obscurity.

According to Wired's Chris Kohler—who seemed equally excited and perplexed by Nintendo's choice to bring it stateside—the original Japanese release also packed in a deck of cards, resulting in that non-standard sized DS box. It's due to hit here on November 26th. Will it help you become a fantastic magician? Probably not, but it might make one capable enough to be that asshole at parties who always busts out the card tricks.
