The first thing I noticed when I moved to Japan was that japanese women can not walk properly in high-heeled shoes! I kid you not, I think that I would walk better in high-heels than most of them...

Agreed. I think EVERY Japanese girl should play this. I can't believe how many Japanese women I see who walk with their toes pointed inward. I was told by a Japanese girl that they think it's "cute" - but I dunno. Anyway, I would think it could lead to serious issues later in life.

i heard they walk like that because the way they sit, with their butt on the floor and the legs spread on the sides (like in animes :P) so their knees end up weird and they walk like that...

really, if you have seen sadako from "the ring (the japanese one at least)", well, most japanese women walk like that. :S
