Sorry to hear about your son. I had no idea such a thing could happen, then again I don't even know where an adenoid is. Did my regular Thursday running clinic today and then my wife took me to the bike shop to pick up an early birthday present for me: A Giant road bike. Looks like I might be doing tri-training next year. I dread the open water swimming.

Sheesh this has been a long week thank god tomorrow is Friday. Can't wait for a little R&R. I am a little bummed. I started a monthly poker game at the Press Club and its only managed to meet once in three months. No one is ever in town. Looks like tomorrow night's game isn't happening either.
