Go Nintendo got their hands on this scan from an unnamed gaming magazine written in Spanish. It shows what appears to be a new Crash Bandicoot, perhaps Crash of the Titans, which will be heading to the Wii, DS and GBA this October. GBA? I thought that was dead.
Crash of the Titans IS a new Crash Bandicoot game! [Go Nintendo]

Comments
GBA is a portable SNES. It'll take a while to die.
Also, those screens are hideous. I hope that's the DS version.
Well thats a shame.
I thought Crash was a Sony IP
When advertising this they should send a dude dressed as Crash over to the Sony HQ.
Remember when Crash was basically a mascot for Sony? How times have changed.
Also, I'm starting to feel old.
The name of the magazine is Nintendo Acción (Nintendo Action) if you look at the bottom left corner.
GBA? I thought that was dead.
If the games still sell, then why not? I would also think the backwards compatibility of the DS also helps keep GBA games alive.
GBA still sells as well as the PS3 in the US
I used to love the Crash Bandicoot commercials. Something about seeing a guy in a suit using a megaphone to pedal his game was commercial gold.
Spyro used to be synonymous with the PlayStation as well.
When Crash stopped selling, Sony just let it go.
I've been dying to play a good platformer for a year now, I guess im gonna have to keep on waiting.
Interesting.
One hopes that Nintendo features some advertising based around Crash being on the Wii... but I'm skeptical about the quality of the game. Ever since Naughty Dog went over to Sony and lost the IP to Crash Bandicoot, the series has just not been the same.
This game is being created by Radical. I am interested in the game just becasue of that. Most games I have played created by radical have been great. You never know maybe it will be another Scarface. I would love to see that happen.
.....and all three versions will have identical new genteration graphics! Lame.
The magazine is named Nintendo Acción as you can see in the lower left corner of the scan. According to wikipedia it is the official Nintendo magazine so its information should be considered quite reliable:
http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo_Acci%C3%B3n
The scan is not too good, so take it with a grain of salt, but here is what I could decipher:
- The provisional title as of now is "Crash of the Titans" because his biggest enemies will be titans.
- His archenemy Dr. Neo Cortex has transformed the inhabitants of the island into monsters.
- There will be some some kind of rockets and you can do some kind of combos.
- You will control Crash with the movements of your wiimote, which will lead to a more immersive experience of Crash.
-Furthermore you will be able to unlock extras for your DS version through the Wii version, it seems.
Ok this calls for a youtube.com search of old Crash commercials.
Also I thought this game was in house for Sony?
@Tcata: Dude, you're looking at tilted screen shots from a scan of a magazine of a game that's probably not complete yet. Calm down.
@consolecrusader:
It was before. It has been released on the xbox on the past though..

Aye Carumba!
El Bandicoot!
Sony doesn't own Crash, Vivendi Universal does. Sony published the first four Crash games, and that was it. Uni owns it. That's why when Naughty Dog was bought by Sony, they stopped making Crash games.
Did Crash get tattoos and a new haircut? I guess to make him more hip and cool. The game looks great and I want to know what the game moves will be.I wish there was a better scan,I want to read the article.
Well thats something that the PSP fanboys should learn, GBA may be a past generation device but it so well made that even in the HD era still has better games than the new graphics whores consoles, also it give a chance to the small budget developers to release games because is less expensive and still has a huge installment base...
I blame the existence of a new Crash game on this YouTube clip:

The GBA is the third pillar!
It's from Nintendo Acción, a Spanish publication. It's in the corner of the scan.
WTF is up with Crash's hair?... and are those tattoos??
@BlueNocturne: that could be crash's younger brother, smash, the one his parents tried to keep locked up in the attic
Note that GameSpy reported that the game was also going to be on the 360, but the page was pulled. Part of it can still be seen by googling "crash of the titans release date" (second result), but Google's cache link now points towards Dragonball Z Online.
All I can say is that the graphics better not look like that in the finished Wii/360 version...
The third pillar won't be dying anytime soon. Its still a favorite around here. Tcata is right, Its a portable SNES for crying out loud. you do the math.
@RiskyChris: Yea its really weird. I remember when Tomb Raider and Crash were like the representatives of Sony. Now both of them have appeared on both Nintendo and Microsofts consoles. It's the same as first seeing sonic on a nintendo console. Its just completly bizarre.
Wow. I still remember that fateful day so long ago, when I got my PS1 and the first game I owned for it - Crash Bandicoot. I loved that game, but I haven't played any of the games in that series since. This one looks kinda interesting so far.
It's sad to see a legendary platformer stoop this low.
Crash. Looks. Stupid.
/truth
Yawn another Crash game how many times are the going to drag out the dead bandicoot and tie strings on his arms? Man they should just let this series rest in peace already.
To be honest I really don't approve of this Crash Bandicoot. I only play the original 5 games and that's it. I like his orignal design and look mainly because it was very basic and original to familiarize. But who am I to complain about an unreleased game. I'm gonna see what Vevindi does different with this one. Besides none of us are designing the game to begin with.
Oh dear God. This Crash Bandicoot arsehole is still starring in games?
What I could make out of the scan...
Adventure -> Wii
Crash will conquer Wii and DS this fall
You read it here first: "Crash of the Titans" will arrive on Nintendo DS, Wii and GBA this very October!
Exclusive to the carto! Crash returns to Nintendo with a super game of action, monsters and combat to the limit! Its (provisional) title is "Crash of the Titans", precisely because his enemies will be Titans. Enormous creatures, with exceptional strength, that are out of control on Crash's island. But, where did they come from?
Combat without truce
His arch-enemies, Neo and Nina Cortex, have transformed the inhabitants of the island into monsters. In tune with this, Crash has reinvented himself to confront the Titans face-to-face. Always with a smile, he will deliver stunning punches, flying kicks and combos that will leave the Titans headless. He will climb trees, hang off vines, surf, and skate. And best of all will be the interaction that the developers are achieving with the Wii remote. The movements that we make will be reproduced by Crash with surprising accuracy! And crazy: from the Wii version we can unlock extras for the DS.
I might add, the god-awful analogies and hyperbole are not mine...
It's a little devistating to see a good platform icon go down the drain for some strange reason. Now what are some elements that would bring him back on his feet?
Anyone got any ideas?
