Wow. that mushroom is...damn good. Hands down (pun oh so intentional) the best of the lot.
The DK is actually quite genious now that I look closely. However, the mushroom gets my vote because it's the one who looks the most like the source.

My vote is for DK! It's the cleanest and most original. Plus the blue lighting adds a 'lil omph to it. But good job to everyone. I liked 'em all.
I'm voting for Pac-Man, not only is the only non nintendo thing, but it is the most original of the lot, even though it's simple.

What no triforce love? That was pretty good along with pac-man, but the uniqueness wore off since Kotaku showed different ones (pac-man, triforce, etc) throughout the reminders.

Ahem, any who; the sheer creativity behind Donkey Kong is staggering. By the way, that Bowser looks disturbingly similar to my "dog" puppet, except for a minor increase in the curvyness of the index and thumb, pretty weak entry (thought I'd mention it.)
