Not all of our readers live in Bulgaria or Colorado and have access to snow. Does that still mean you can't win Lost Planet? Oh no no no! As mentioned in the rules, dirt and sand (even mud) are a-okay. Click the jump to see two clever workarounds for those without access to snow (or dirt and sand, it seems).

My entry is an ice lobster being cooked. I was inspired by cooking mama for the DS. I know you don't cook a lobster in cooking mama, but it was a jello mold I have from forever ago. Also ice and snow are rare in Texas, so it was made in the freezer. It is made of ice with red food coloring.

And it features booze! We like booze!
