While I'm thoroughly and genuinely pleased to hear Living Colour's "Cult of Personality" as one of the confirmed Guitar Hero III tracks, that new two-player competitive mode looks... annoying. As you can see in the clip, the head-to-head mode gives players power ups, including defensive and offensive abilities like Amp Overload, Broken String, Double Whammy, Difficulty Up and Lefty Notes among others. In theory it sounds great, but in practice it looks painful. Hopefully, this new mode is completely optional or my early judgment on this addition to the game is way, way off. Michael McWhertor
