Armored Core's first foray into the next-gen world is nearly upon us, and Sega has released a trailer full of giant robots, explosions, and symphonic chanting. What's not to like? According to some preliminary reviews (notably EGM), everything but the robots and explosions.
If the game ends up as bad as they are saying, only one thing can save the next-gen giant robot movement. We need a new Zone of the Enders.
On top of possible disappointment, I just wish I were half the writer whoever came up with the PSM quote was. "Looks bad...bad ass that is!" The sheer weight of the wit crushes my spirit. I could never come up with anything that brilliant...brilliant ass that is!
See? I suck at that.
