Two Even More Insane Mirror's Edge Gameplay Videos


If there was any room left in our minds to be impressed with this game, that void has been filled. After our correspondent A.J. met "Dude Huge" at the Mirror's Edge event yesterday she sent us these two videos full of free running insanity. The first one focuses on a chopper chase resembling the one found in Half Life 2, except you're jumping from skyscrapers. In the second, Faith seems to be taking an alternate route, but similar to a video we posted a while back, which is no less impressive. We can't wait to get our hands on it! Guitar Hero Custom Track Of "The Touch"

Okay, if this guy can whip up a custom version of Stan Bush's "The Touch" from the original Transformers the Movie soundtrack, how hard could it possibly be for Activision to do it? I mean, this guy did it for free. Maybe they should give him a call.

Yes, there is a bit of a theme running today, but that's just the sort of thing that happens when they leave me and Adam and Jim alone and head off to Japan. We need something to rally us. A cause. Til all are one.

It's been a long time since I've put my hands on a Crash game and honestly, the most entertaining run in with him I've had recent years was watching him get trampled by a mad horde of fans rushing into GC back in August. New Cold Beats Skate It Trailer


There's plenty of rail grinding, skateboarding trick action in this new Skate It trailer. Yeah, it won't have the graphics of Skate or Skate 2, but the control scheme still kind of intrigues me. If nothing else, Skate It seems like it's surely worth a try. Look for it on store shelves November 17th for Wii and DS.

We've been tipped to a bunch of multiplayer footage in different locations, so for those who want to see if chainsaws and blood spatter = server lag, here are plenty of clips. GameTrailers TV got its hands on the backstory trailer for Halo Wars. The 3:28 video sets up what's going on and why in the forthcoming RTS based on the Halo universe. Seems the Covenant have been scraping around in the ice on some planet and have found something that, of course, "it could just be the key to the whole war." No gameplay, but a lot of threatening mandible-flexing.
