This piece of Castlevania trivia is new to me, as I've never played Akumajou Dracula X: Chi No Rondo (aka Castlevania X: Rondo of Blood). Apparently, in this particular version for the NEC PC-Engine CD (again, aka the TurboGrafx-16 CD) if you use the wrong System Card, you'll have nothing but a super deformed Richter Belmont at your disposal for a single level before being instructed to pick up the right card. Very Mii-like, eh? Pray for a Virtual Console (or XBLA or PlayStation Store) release. Michael McWhertor
